The Problem
Customer was relocating their business to a new location & although their old alarm sent out a message of an alarm being activated they had no control over the system.
The MTS Solution
MTS provided a design proposal for the new premises inline with the customer requirements, small commercial unit with office & warehouse with multiple points of entry, some consideration was given to the type of detectors & placement of the units.
The alarm system is monitored by the customer through the interactive App, in the event of an alarm the customer will receive a notification to one or more devices and setup to customer requirements, showing alarm notifications also set and unset by staff with time & name. Remote set & unset of the system should one of the employees need to gain access or forget to set the alarm system on entry or exit of the premises, a very versatile alarm system.
